Ebenezer Church, Amroth, Pemrbokeshire

The church was purchased for residential accommodation in 2011 after its closure in 2009. The new owners wanted to demolish the structure and rebuild, trying to be sympathetic to being a church, and recreating this look in a modern way. We carried out this work, to achieve a very individual and special space, overlooking the Amroth bay.

Fendre Fach Isaf, Extension

One Stop Property Development demolished part of the original building and rebuilt the property, along with an extension. We created a glass sun room, open spaces and additional bedrooms for a holiday let. We put in the fitted bathrooms and kitchens, along with complex brickwork and a beautiful staircase. We also carried out all the groundwork to give the property a beautiful finish.

Fishguard Offices

New build bespoke two storey office building in Fishguard, completed in 2013. The plot was previously garages and space was very tight. We were appointed to obtain all consents from planning to building regulations. We project managed the site from concept to completion. The building is light and spacious, giving a very professional feel as well as practical.

Newport Pembrokeshire, Extension

We extended this property to add two extra rooms. This greatly maximised the client’s living space, whilst adding value to the property. The space was used for a kitchen and separate dining area. We fitted the kitchen, and carried out all of the tiling, plumbing, electrical work, plastering and decorating.

Hill Mountain

This is a new build, situated in the popular area of Hill Mountain, Pembrokeshire. The plot has been well used to include a large driveway, a double fronted detached house, with a substantial garden. As well as the build, we carried out all of the internal works such as the fitting of the kitchen, bathrooms, tiling, flooring, staircase, plumbing, electrics and decorating.
