“We chose One Stop Property Development to renovate our 1930s property in Haverfordwest having observed their work in the construction of a new property located close to us in Camrose.
We appreciated the detailed quote which Nathan Thomas presented us with prior to making our decision and the subsequent payment process, which has been made in stages, has been based on a clear and concise breakdown of work completed.
Our house required a full renovation involving all of the trades and we have been completely satisfied with their work which has been completed to a high standard. All of the people they have employed have been easy to deal with and a number of features in the house came from their suggestions. They have always been keen to ensure that we are happy with what they are doing. Our project is now nearing completion.
We have no hesitation in recommending One Stop Property Development Limited.”

“In 2011, the Trustees of Pembrokeshire Mencap Ltd agreed to construct a building to house a shop, office and café at their 6 acre walled garden at Stackpole to raise the profile of the gardens and increase the customer numbers who in turn would purchase more of the vegetables produced by the students. The chosen method of construction submitted by the Architect, Jim Allen of Haverfordwest, was a timber frame with external walls of straw bales.
By the very nature of a straw bale construction, the finish to the doors and windows required many hours by skilled joiners. I am delighted to say One Stop Property Development Ltd provided the joiners needed for this work and succeeded in providing a finish that we as clients were very pleased with and large numbers of our customers to the café and shop, including locals and tourists, comment on the excellent workmanship.”

“I would like to thank you for the efforts and manner with which your company has conducted itself throughout the course of the project, I am pleased to say upon comparing the original costings provided by yourself with the final costs post completion, the property was finished within budget and also most importantly to myself within the time frame set out.
I would also like to applaud the quality of the workmanship applied throughout. I pride myself on having an eye for detail and I am happy to say I couldn’t find fault with the quality of any aspect of the build, you will be pleased to hear that I have had nothing but positive feedback and flattering comments from prospective customers.
It is reassuring to have dealt with a company which conducts business in an honest and efficient manner. As previously mentioned I will be in contact with you in relation to the construction of my next dwelling as soon as the current sale is concluded.”

“Nathan and his well managed team worked on my property over 2013 and 2014. The scheme was a conversion of a Church into a dwelling in Amroth, Pembrokeshire.
His team completed all the major construction work which included the whole front wall re-build, all internal works, drainage and external work’s which included path’s and car parking area.
His staff were very knowledgeable offering quality advise at all times. They were also extremely reliable.
Time scales were always met and the quality of work was exceptional.
I would certainly and have in the past recommended Nathan and his company to many people who have enquired about the project that I undertook.”
